On March 24, 2014, Kiroy Company CEO Yang Jung Seung posted a photo of a music video set on various social media websites and announced that Kiroy Company would be debuting an idol group. On May 15, 2014 BTL debuted with "Too-G" on M-Countdown and followed it with 4 weeks of television promotions. Shortly after finishing Too-G promotions, BTL began promotion in Hong Kong where they managed to hit number one on the popular music chart "Metro Radio Music Top 10", the top music chart under the Metro Broadcast Corporation, where it remained for several weeks. BTL toured Hong Kong conducting various interviews for major radio networks and had a surprise performance on the popular music program "Jade Solide Gold". BTL was present at the opening of SG Entertainment's launch party which had a slew of Chinese, Hong Kong, and Korean celebrities present. Their Hong Kong label "SG Entertainment" built a museum adjacent to their offices which displays props and sells merchandise from its artists including Korean artists YE-A, N-Sonic, and Madtown.

2nd Album

Shortly after finishing their Too-G promotions, member Yua announced he would be leaving BTL to pursue a solo career in the same label. Members Jisu and Jay participated in a collaboration song called "어쩜 우린 왜 닮았나요?" featuring the CEO of Kiroy Company and upcoming YE-A members Hyei, Dohye, and Pier. Member Jay featured as a rapper in Kiroy Company's girl group YE-A's debut single "Up N Down" and while he did not promote the song, he is featured in the music video. Shortly before announcing their comeback, Jisu was called for mandatory military service which all Korean males are required to participate in. BTL announced via their fancafe that it would continue on as an 8-member group. In summer of 2015, Kiroy Company announced that BTL would be making a comeback with the 6 track mini-album titled "Gold Moon". Kiroy Company held a showcase for reporters and fans to display some of the new songs along with labelmate and ballad singer "Tei".

Shortly after their showcase, "Tei" left Kiroy Company and resigned with "HIS Entertainment" leaving BTL as Kiroy Company's sole breadwinner. Following "Tei"s departure, CEO Yang Jung Seung left Kiroy Company to manage a new venture "Jackpot Entertainment" as Chief Executive Officer. 19% of Kiroy Company's business shares were bought by household good development and marketing company "SHINHOO" on September 8th, 2015 and lay dormant until April 28th, 2016 when Kiroy Company declared business closure and artists BTL and YE-A were disbanded.
