Bílence (German: Bielenz) is a village and municipality (obec) in Chomutov District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 12.71 square kilometres (4.91 sq mi), and has a population of 225 (as at 28 August 2006).
Bílence lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) south-east of Chomutov, 46 km (29 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 76 km (47 mi) north-west of Prague.
