The Ayrault Government was the Government of France headed by Jean-Marc Ayrault. It was formed on 16 May 2012 by the presidential decree of President François Hollande. It is composed of members from the Socialist Party (30), the EELV (2) and the Radical Party of the Left (2). This is the first French government which respects a gender parity.

Following a massive defeat at Mayoral elections in France, the government was dissolved on 31 March 2014. The government was succeeded by the Valls Cabinet.
