Dr. Aviva Ruth Burnstock (born 1 May 1959) is head of the Department of Art Conservation & Technology at the Courtauld Institute, London. Burnstock is a graduate of the University of Sussex (BSc. Neurobiology 1981) and took her PhD at the Courtauld Institute.
