Avadhoot Bhagwan Ram Kustha Sewa Ashram is a care center for leprosy patients. Parampujya Aghoreshwar started this service center at Parao, Varanasi also known as Shree Sarveshwari samooh for the leprosy affected people in January 1962.

Bhagwan Ram Kushta Seva ashram which has served 99,045 cases of full blown leprosy cases and 1,47,503 partial cases (all cured) with no fanfare. This stands out as the highest number of Leprosy cases treated successfully by any hospital in the world and currently holds the Guinness Book of Records acknowledgement on the same. It has a sister center at RaiBareily with a mind to extend its services to the maximum.
