Austin Jelfs (born 29 August 1949) was an English cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and right-arm medium-pace bowler who played for Lincolnshire. He was born in Evesham.

Jelfs made his cricketing debut for Worcestershire Young Cricketers in 1967, 24 years before his only List A appearance. He appeared for Lincolnshire in the Minor Counties Championship competitions in 1990 and 1991, making his only List A appearance for the side in the 1991 NatWest Trophy.

From the lower-middle order, he scored 25 runs with the bat. He conceded 51 runs from 9 overs with the ball.
