Aure Church (Norwegian: Aure kirke) is a parish church in Aure Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It is located in the village of Aure. The church is part of the Aure parish in the Ytre Nordmøre deanery in the Diocese of Møre. The white, wooden church was built in 1924 by the architect Nils Ryjord. The church was consecrated on 24 October 1924. The church seats about 800 people.

History

Aure Church dates back to the 10th century. A medieval stave church existed on the site until 1727 when it was torn down and replaced. The new church existed until 21 January 1923 when it burned down. The present church was built in 1924 to replace the previous church.
