Augustine Paper Mill, also known as the Container Corporation of America, Paper Mill Division (Old Wilmington Plant), is a historic paper mill complex located at Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. The complex consists of seven 19th century stone buildings. The oldest building is a three-story mill constructed of randomly laid stone with walls three feet thick. It has a slate covered gable roof and arched brick opening for the mill race. The remaining buildings consist of two-level mill structures and support buildings, including the boiler house. The complex was acquired by the Container Corporation of America in 1942. The property has been redeveloped for residential use.

It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.
