Atlantis Airlines is a defunct airline based in Dakar, Senegal in Africa.

Atlantis Airlines was also a commuter air carrier operating turboprop aircraft in the U.S. during the 1980s providing service as Eastern Express on behalf of Eastern Air Lines. The airline flew British Aerospace BAe Jetstream 31, de Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter and Fairchild Swearingen Metroliner turboprops as well as Piper Navajo prop aircraft in scheduled passenger operations in the southeast U.S.

In addition, Atlantis was the name used by a German airline operating Douglas DC-8 and DC-9 jetliners during the early 1970s.

Another jet airline which used "Atlantis" in its name was Air Atlantis, which was a wholly owned subsidiary of TAP Portugal.
