Atika Bouagaa (born May 22, 1982 in Offenburg, Baden-Württemberg) is a volleyball player from Germany. She represented her native country at the 2004 Summer Olympics, finishing in ninth place, and at the 2002 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship in Germany. On club level she played with Dresdner SC.
Standing at 181 cm and nicknamed "Bougi", she has played as an outside-hitter for the German Women's National Team since 2002.
