Asopis is the name of two women in Greek mythology.
- Asopis, one of the fifty daughters of Thespius and Megamede. She bore Heracles a son, Mentor
- Asopis, one of the daughters of the river-god Asopus and Metope, daughter of the river-god Ladon.
