DPM pushes for effective governance
Major General Asang Laoly is a Laotian politician and member of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party. He was born in 1938 in Phongsaly province in an ethnic Akha family. As of 2010, he is First Deputy Prime Minister of Laos.
