Arthur Russo (born January 17, 1968) is a Scranton, Pennsylvania businessman and real estate developer, best known for converting old industrial buildings within the Scranton area into apartments and commercial space. He owns a vast majority of buildings in the downtown area of Scranton and leases out more than 400 apartments.
