Arthur Motley (5 February 1858 – 28 September 1897) was an English amateur first-class cricketer, who played two matches for Yorkshire County Cricket Club in 1879.

He was born in Osmondthorpe, Leeds, Yorkshire, England, and was a right arm fast bowler. For Yorkshire he took seven wickets at 19.28 and, as a right-handed batsman, he scored 10 runs at 10.00. Motley took one catch in the field. He also played five times for Wellington cricket team, in a first-class career that spanned 1879 to 1889. In total, Motley took seven first-class wickets at 19.28, and scored 106 runs at an average of 13.25.

Motley died in September 1897 in Canning Town, Essex, aged 39.
