Arsissa atlantica is a species of snout moth in the genus Arsissa. It was described by Asselbergs in 2009, and is known from the Canary Islands.
The wingspan is 23.5 mm for males and 20.5 mm for females. The ground colour of the forewings is brownish grey mixed with grey scales. The hindwings are whitish.
