2. Arrondissement of Tours, (prefecture of the Indre-et-Loire department: Tours) with 123 communes. The population of the arrondissement was 462,714 in 2013.
3. Arrondissement of Loches, (subprefecture: Loches) with 67 communes. The population of the arrondissement was 50,832 in 2013.
