Arnold Lignitz (25 March 1913 – 30 September 1941) was a German Luftwaffe ace and recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross during the Second World War. The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded to recognize extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership. During his career, Lignitz was credited with 25 aerial victories.
