Arnaldo Nogueira de Novais Guedes Rebelo. (11 June 1847 – year of death unknown) was a Portuguese colonial administrator and a military personnel.

He was governor of Cape Verde between 1901 and 1902, later he was governor of Macau until 1903 and from was the 112th governor of Portuguese India from905 until 1907. He came to the post as brigadier general in 1910.
