Ardozyga poenicea is a species of moth in the family Gelechiidae. It was described by Turner in 1947. It is found in Australia, where it has been recorded from Queensland.

Description

The wingspan is about 16 mm. The forewings are dull ochreous-reddish. The stigmata are minute, fuscous, the first discal at two-fifths, the plical slightly beyond it, the second discal at two-thirds. There are minute fuscous dots on the apical third of the costa. The hindwings are whitish-grey.
