Ardozyga dysphanes is a species of moth in the family Gelechiidae. It was described by Turner in 1947. It is found in Australia, where it has been recorded from Queensland.

The wingspan is 12–13 mm. The forewings are fuscous with a suffused darker line from three-fourths of the costa to the tornus and some ochreous-whitish costal suffusion beyond the middle. There is a dark fuscous line on the apical fourth of the costa and on the termen. The hindwings are ochreous-whitish suffused with grey towards the apex.
