Arbelodes prochesi is a moth in the Cossidae family. It is found in south-central Zambia and on the Eastern Highlands of Zimbabwe, possibly extending into Mozambique. The habitat consists of legume-dominated woodland.

The length of the forewings is about 12 mm. The forewings are pale olive-buff, but pallid brownish drab at the apex and costal margin. Here, several streaks of olive-brown are found. There is a pure white patch in the cell, edged with olive-brown towards the dorsum. The hindwings are pale olive-buff.

Etymology

The species is named in honour of Dr Serban Proches.
