Apang Mitra Margadarshan & Sevamandal is an organization founded in 1999 for the welfare of the disabled people in the Adivasi area of Thane district, Maharashtra state in India. The organization is run entirely by disabled people. All members in the body of the organization are physically disabled. Above organization has been registered and gets audited every year.

Founder & president Dilip Patil is himself handicapped and permanently in a wheelchair. Treasurer Ms. Karnik & Secretary Mr. Raut are also handicapped.

Presently, Organization is having around 3500 registered disabled candidates. Various welfare activities for the disabled people are carried throughout the years. Organization does not have any grant from Government and runs only with donations; therefore there is always having financial crunch. But many donors are generously backing with Financial as well as Material help at every stage.

Apang Mitra is willing to construct an Educational centre, Rehabilitation Centre, Workshop & Hostel for disabled people. Provisional cost for above project has been calculated around Rs. 2 crores. This project will be the Manavata Mandir for disabled people, which is going to make their life, self-dependent to the thousands of disabled people
