Career
From 1972 to 1973 he was Pedagogical advisor of the Consell General. From then until 1981 he was Secretary of Sindicatura General, then from 1981 to 1984 he was General Secretary of the First Andorran Government. From 1984 to 2004 he practiced as a lawyer. From 000000002005-12-01-0000December 1, 2005 to 000000002010-12-01-0000December 1, 2010 he was ambassador of the Principality of Andorra to the Holy See. He regularly collaborates with several magazines and is President of the Association of Writers Principality. He has written numerous essays on sociology, geography, history and legal disciplines. He has won several national and international awards for his literary activities.
