Antinephele camerounensis is a moth of the Sphingidae family. It was described by Clark in 1937, and is found from Gabon to the Central African Republic, Uganda and Kenya.

The length of the forewings is 21-21.5 mm for males and about 22 mm for females. It is very similar to Antinephele anomala, but broader-winged and generally darker. The underside of the abdomen has more scattered dark scales. The oblique subapical band of the forewing upperside is broader and of more even width. The forewing underside is much darker basally and the apical white dots are more numerous.
