Antigua and Barbuda general election, 1965

General elections were held in Antigua and Barbuda on 29 November 1965, and continued on 15 December after three candidates withdrew before the original date. They were won by the governing Antigua Labour Party. ALP leader Vere Bird was re-elected as Chief Minister of Antigua. Bird had served as the first Chief Minister of Antigua since 1 January 1960.

The 1965 election was the fifth general election held during Antigua and Barbuda's history as a colonial territory of the British Empire. Six ALP candidates were uncontested; as such, the party had won the 1965 election before a single vote was cast. Voter turnout was 42.8%.
