Anthony Scariano (January 12, 1918 – April 17, 2004) was an American judge, politician, and lawyer.

Born in Chicago, Illinois, Scariano went to Lane Tech High School and graduated from Wells High School. Scariano received his bachelor's degree from Georgetown University and his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. Scariano was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1949. He served as an intelligence office in the Office of Strategic Services during World War II. From 1949 to 1954, Scariano worked as an assistant United States District Attorney. From 1957 to 1973, Scariano served in the Illinois House of Representatives and was a Democrat. From 1973 to 1984, Scariano served on the Illinois Racing Board. From 1985 until his retirement in 1996, Scariano served on the Illinois Appellate Court. Scariano died at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois after suffering a stroke.
