Antaeotricha nephelocyma is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1930. It is found in Brazil.

The wingspan is about 24 mm. The forewings are white with the dorsal third tinged grey, towards the dorsal edge darker. There is a small suffused grey spot at one-fourth, an undefiĀned blotch of grey suffusion on the middle of the dorsum, a darker suffused grey spot at four-fifths, its anterior angle marked with a darker dot, above this a faint grey dot in the disc, grey suffusion extending on the termen to near the middle. There are no terminal dots. The hindwings are white, towards the termen and apex tinged pale ochreous.
