Antaeotricha caryograpta is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1930. It is found in Brazil.

The wingspan is 25-29 mm. The forewings are white, with the dorsal third light grey and the markings dark chestnut-brown. There is a small spot beneath the costa at the base and a mark above the dorsal edge near the base, as well as a streak, partly hollow, along the fold from the base to the middle. There are also two series of spots from beneath the costa to the dorsum, the first from one-sixth of the costa to before the middle of the dorsum, formed of two small upper marks, an oval median spot, and an angulated transverse dorsal spot, the second from before the middle of the costa to before the tornus, formed of a spot below the costa, an oblique U-shaped mark above the middle, and an oblique fasciate streak on the lower half, a fine dentate line joining these two latter posteriorly. Four or five dots are found on the termen. The hindwings are pale grey.
