Anomaloglossus tamacuarensis is a species of frog in the Aromobatidae family. It is found in the Amazonas state of Venezuela as well as in the Amazonas state of Brazil. It is a diurnal frog found in rocky forest streams. Males call from beneath large boulders. Because it was described recently, not much information is known but flash flooding is thought to threaten this frog as the flooding occurs in its habitat. The species is protected by Parima Tapirapecó National Park.
