Anna Stanieczek (born 6 March 1981) is a female Norwegian recurve archer. She competed in the individual recurve event and the team recurve event at the 2015 World Archery Championships in Copenhagen, Denmark.

She hails from Goleszow, but emigrated to Norway in the 2000s. While still in Poland she competed in alpine skiing on a national level. A sister of archer Zbigniew Stanieczek, she ventured into ski archery and thereafter archery. She graduated from the Academy of Physical Education in Krakow and works as a schoolteacher. She is also a certified snowboard instructor.
