After signing a contract with BMI, Rossi joined Pablo Cruise in 1980 in time to perform on their last two albums. The first album on which he appeared was Reflector, when the band decided to augment the band with a second guitarist to strengthen their live performance. Angelo toured extensively and participated in many recording sessions with the band for over three years. He left the band after the band's final album, Out Of Our Hands was finished, and was replaced by Stef Birnbaum, who took his place just prior to its release. With two small children and a family to support, Rossi chose to walk away from his rock and roll lifestyle and pursue a more family-oriented career.

Living in the San Francisco Bay area, Angelo soon found work in sales with Dun & Bradstreet Computer Systems Division, TSI International and then Britton Lee, Inc and finally, IBM. He is currently a practicing Realtor at Coldwell Banker in Woodside, CA. He continues his long standing affiliation as a BMI recording artist, a certified Pro Tools engineer and an avid recording enthusiast. He is a voting member of NARAS and continues to contribute to the music community through his blues ensemble, AJ Crawdaddy & Friends and long-time friend and associate Ken Corday, Executive Producer of Days Of Our Lives, the longest running TV show in the history of Television Arts.
