Andrew Turner (born 23 March 1975 in Woolwich) is an English-born former footballer who represented the Republic of Ireland at youth level and played in the Premier League for Tottenham.

As part of his Tottenham career, Turner set a then-Premier League record as the division's youngest-ever goalscorer, when he scored against Everton on 5 September 1992, aged 17 years and 166 days.

Turner also played for numerous other clubs in the Football League, including several seasons at Portsmouth and Rotherham United.

After retiring from playing he has moved into coaching; he was appointed assistant manager at Coalville Town in January 2014, having had spells as a coach at both Kidsgrove Athletic and Chasetown and then as manager of Alsager Town from May 2012 to January 2014.
