Andy Kelly (born November 8, 1960) is an English professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1980s, and 1990s, and rugby league coach, playing at representative level for England, and at club level for Wakefield Trinity (twice) (captain) (Heritage № 868), Hull Kingston Rovers, and Illawarra Steelers, as a second-row, and coaching at representative level for Ireland, and at club level for Wakefield Trinity/Wakefield Trinity Wildcats, Gateshead Thunder, Featherstone Rovers, and Dewsbury Rams.

He is the former head coach of the Ireland national rugby league team having coached them for over 11 years. He is the former coach of Dewsbury Rams, Wakefield Trinity/Wakefield Trinity Wildcats, Featherstone Rovers and Gateshead.
