Andrés Ismael Cunha Soca is a Uruguayan football referee. He was chosen as the nation's referee for the 2015 Copa América when Darío Ubriaco failed the fitness test.
In 2014, he officiated in the Uruguayan Clásico between the nation's two leading clubs, Nacional and Peñarol.
During his most recent game, Cunha was the head referee for the Brazil-Peru group stage game in the Copa America Centario.
