Andoni Egaña Makazaga (Zarautz, Gipuzkoa, 2 October 1961) is a Basque bertsolari and writer. He studied Basque Philology in Vitoria-Gasteiz.

He started singing at the age of 17, and his first appearance in public was in a wedding in the Salegi Restaurant, in the town of Itziar. In 1982 he took part for the first time in a bertsolari championship, the lizardi contest in Zarautz He won the National Championship of Versolaris of the Basque Country, maximum competition of the discipline, in four occasions, having the record of victories that a bertsolari has achieved in history: he was finalist in the years 1986 and 1989, and won in the editions of 1993, 1997, 2001 and 2005. In 2009 he achieved fourth place, yielding the chapela (a hat that is given as trophy to the winner of the competition) to Maialen Lujanbio, first woman in obtaining the award.
