Anatoly Moiseev (Russian: Анатолий Моисеев) is a Russian Lightweight kickboxer. He was the 71 kg-WAKO Russian and world champion, winning both titles in 2011, he is also currently ranked number two in the 71 kg-WAKO Low Kick category.

Moiseev is considered as one of the best lightweight prospects in kickboxing, despite the relatively low number of professional fights, the Russian athlete has considerable amateur fight experience. Moiseev has already faced some good names in his division such as Marat Grigorian, Josh Jauncey, Jonay Risco, Serginio Kanters and Max Baumert.
