Anarsia bipinnata is a moth in the family Gelechiidae. It was described by Meyrick in 1932. It is found in the Russian Far East, Korea and Japan.

The wingspan is about 17 mm. The forewings are ochreous-whitish irrorated grey with a slight blackish wedge-shaped mark on the costa at one-third and an elongate blackish spot on the middle of the costa, and a similar one in the disc beneath it. There are two very small dark fuscous spots on costa beyond this, as well some undefiĀned darker grey clouding or marbling towards the apex. The hindwings are grey, posteriorly darker grey.

The larvae feed on Elaeagnus multiflora, Elaeagnus umbellata, Acer ginnala and Quercus species.
