Alpaida (also Alphaida, Alpoïde, Elphide, Elfide, Chalpaida; ca. 654 – ca. 714) was a Frankish noblewoman who hailed from the Liège area. She became the mistress of Pippin of Herstal (635 or 640 – December 16, 714) and mother to two sons by him, Charles Martel (Charles the Hammer) (d. October 22, 741) and Childebrand (678–751).
