Alojzije Stjepan Mišić (10 November 1859 – 26 March 1942) was the Bishop of Mostar-Duvno and Apostolic Administrator of Trebinje-Mrkan from 1912-42.

He attended elementary school in his hometown of Bosanska Gradiška from 1866–70, and attended gymnasium in Ivanjska (1870–74). He joined the Franciscan novitiate in Fojnica in 1874. In Guča Gora he studied philosophy from 1875-78. In Esztergom, Hungary he studied theology from 1878-82. He was ordained on 7 July 1882. Pope Pius X named him as Bishop of Mostar-Duvno on 12 February 1912.

After the establishment of Nazi puppet state Independent State of Croatia, bishop Mišić repeatedly protested in the reports that he was sending to the Archbishop Aloysius Stepinac, because of atrocities that were committed against Serbs by Ustaše.
