Earl Allen Kelley (December 24, 1932 – August 13, 2016) was an American basketball player who competed in the 1960 Summer Olympics.

Born in Dearing, Georgia, he was part of the American basketball team, which won the gold medal in 1960. Kelley died at the age of 83 on August 13, 2016 in Lawrence, Kansas.

He was the brother of 1952 gold medalist Dean Kelley.
