With Neesee and Robert getting along at the party for their son's sake, Bobby Jr. becomes confused and his friends Darryl and Reggie convince him that his parents are getting back together.

When Tia suspects that Neesee is holding onto more than just the family name, she asks Robert to "get his name back", but Robert objects when Tia then reveals that she intends to keep her maiden name once she and Robert are married.

  • Summary : Tia finds that she can't escape Robert's ex-wife Neesee, even in her own workplace, when Neesee volunteers to be the school's newest kindergarten "room mom" and forms an instant bond with Tia's best friend Jonelle. Meanwhile, R&B sensation and movie star Beyoncé Knowles turns the tables on Robert during an interview when she starts asking him personal questions.

  • Summary : Neesee starts dating her handsome dentist Marcus (guest star Boris Kodjoe), who charms the ladies but irks Robert when he starts to bond with Bobby Jr. Later, Robert's jealousy of Marcus escalates to a childish competition between the two, until the new boyfriend reveals his true feelings about Bobby, Jr.

  • Summary : When the station does a profile on Robert's home life, he insists that both his fiance' Tia and his ex-wife Neesee be included, but when Neesee is edited out of the version that airs, the kids at Bobby's Jr.'s school joke that Neesee must be the nanny. Meanwhile, Neesee retaliates by filing a complaint that Tia and Robert's relationship is in violation of the rule against teachers dating students' parents. Later, Robert demands that the story air with Neesee included, only to find that management would rather fire him.
