Ali Hoseyn (Persian: علي حسين, also Romanized as ‘Alī Ḩoseyn; also known as ‘Alī Ḩoseyn Shāh Karamī) is a village in Veysian Rural District, Veysian District, Dowreh County, Lorestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported.
