Algy Millhouse (13 May 1887 – 1 October 1948) was an Australian rules footballer who played with Melbourne and St Kilda in the Victorian Football League (VFL). He also played with Norwood in the South Australian Football League (SAFL). He was captain-coach of Norwood for the 1914 season.
