Alexander McEachian "Alex" Gallacher (born 1 January 1954) is an Australian politician and member of the Australian Labor Party. He was elected to the Australian Senate representing South Australia at the 2010 federal election.

Gallacher was formerly the state secretary of the SA/NT branch of the Transport Workers Union of Australia, which is aligned with the Labor Right faction.
