Albert J. Goddard (July 15, 1863 – April 20, 1958) was an American politician in the state of Washington. He served in the Washington House of Representatives from 1895 to 1897.

A sternwheeler-utility boat, built for use in the Yukon gold rush, was named for him, A. J. Goddard. The boat sank in 1901 and was rediscovered largely intact in 2008. On board the boat were artifacts of the period such as a gramophone with contemporary recordings.
