Alan Robbins

Alan Robbins (born February 5, 1943) is an American politician in the state of California. He served as California State Senator from 1973 to 1991. He is a Democrat. He resigned from the California State Senate in November 1991 after pleading guilty to federal racketeering and income tax evasion charges, and was sentenced to five years in federal prison on May 2, 1992. Robbins is Jewish, and is a graduate of North Hollywood High School, UCLA, and the UCLA School of Law.
