Agha Noor Muhammad Pathan ( Sindhi آغا نور محمد پٺاڻ) is a writer and scholar. He was born on 15 April 1955. After having completed his masters he started working as research associate at Pakistan Studies Dept Quid-e-Azam University Islamabad.
He has remained Chief Editor of Monthly Shagird Hyderabad and Associate Editor of Monthly the Universal Message. He also writes for newspapers and his articles appear in different newspapers. His more than 200 articles have been published on socio-political issues of Pakistan with special reference to Sindh. He has also remained member of executive committee and Secretary Shah Abdul Latif Society Karachi, Secretary General Sindh Latif Adbi Majlis and Director Socio. Cultural Studies Sindh at Hyderabad for three years. Currently he is working as Director of Pakistan Academy of Letters Islamabad.
