Aftab Ahmed (date of birth unknown) was a Pakistani cricketer. Aftab made his first-class debut for the Income Tax Department during the 1978–79 season of the BCCP Patron's Trophy, in a match against Rawalpindi. A wicket-keeper, all of his other matches at first-class level were played for the House Building Finance Corporation (HBFC) during the following two seasons of the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy. Aftab was also a reliable, if not outstanding, batsman—his highest score was an innings of 41 runs against Pakistan International Airlines in January 1980, which included a 101-run partnership with Raees Ahmed (103*) for the second wicket. His final match at a major level came during the 1980–81 season of the limited-overs Wills Cup, in which he scored 28 runs and effected one stumping.
