Adrian Sobaru (born August 16, 1968), employed as an electrician at the Romanian Television, is a figure known for his opposition against the Boc Government. On December 23, 2010, he jumped from one of the balconies of Parliament plenary hall while the censure motion was debated. During the jump, he shouted "This is for you, Boc!". On the shirt he was wearing when he jumped in Parliament was written: "You riddled us! You sold and betrayed us. You killed our children's future. You can take our lives and money, but not our freedom!". On January 5, 2011, he was discharged from the University Hospital, not regretting his deed. He's also known for his forms of protest against Ponta Government, Emil Boc's successor.

His wife is Madalina Sobaru, having with her two children: Alexia and Calin Sobaru.
