Adeola Lanre Runsewe (born December 1, 1989 in Sagamu Ogun state) is a Nigerian professional football midfielder, who currently plays for Danish football club Silkeborg IF.
Career
He started his career by the FC Midtjylland satellite club F.C. Ebedei, he moved from Ebedei to FC Midtjylland in January 2007 and was one year loaned out to Skive IK. After a short stay at FC Hjorring, he joined Swedish Allsvenskan side Trelleborgs FF in August 2010, but unfortunately the summer transfer window had closed, so he never got permission to play in Allsvenskan before moving on to Danish 1st Division side HB Koge in the following winter transfer window.
Unfortunately Runsewe was not able to obtain the Danish work permit he had applied for, because HB Koge were in financial trouble and not allowed to sign new contracts. So he did not get his debut for HB Koge in the Danish 1. Division, but had to wait until the club had won promotion to the Danish Superliga and finally were able to replaced the amateur contract with a two-year professional contract in June 2011, so he finally could get his work permit.
